Christian Religious Studies is a subject taught at the lower secondary level from (year 7 – 9). The subject covers a wide range of the Christian religion. It seeks to awaken the learner’s consciousness in imbibing moral virtues in the society. In this subject, students are taught to develop a personal relationship with God, acquire basic principles of Christian living, develop a sense of self-respect and respect for others as well as develop positive attitudes and values which helps them to cope with the challenges of life.

In TSS, the subject is of prime importance and a tool to raise a generation of people who hold strong moral values and appreciate the dignity of labour. The knowledge gained in this subject will be of immense benefit to the overall development of the child.
